 * Be an early applicant, * Du berätst Kunden bei Planung, Einführung, Optimierung und Betrieb von Exchange Online sowie hybriden Exchange-Umgebungen.
 * Du analysierst Messaging-Landschaften inkl. Mailrouting, DNS, Connectoren, Domains, Berechtigungen, Postfachstrukturen und Compliance-Anforderungen.
 * Du entwickelst Migrationskonzepte für den Wechsel nach Microsoft 365 und steuerst Testing, Cutover und Hypercare.
 * Du konzipierst Cross-Tenant- und Tenant-to-Tenant-Migrationen im M&A-Umfeld (Postfächer, Identitäten, Koexistenz, Berechtigungen, Routing).
 * Du setzt Lösungen hands-on um, automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit PowerShell und dokumentierst Architektur- und Betriebsentscheidungen nachvollziehbar.
 * Du bringst deine Expertise in unsere Managed Services ein (2nd & 3rd Level) bei komplexen Exchange-Online- und M365-Fragestellungen.
