## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Administration von Enterprise-Kubernetes-Clustern
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierung mit Terraform, Ansible sowie CI/CD- und GitOps-Methoden
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Observability, insbesondere mit Metriken, Logging und Tracing sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Confidential Containers sind von Vorteil
 * Praxiserfahrung mit virtuellen und Bare-Metal-Infrastrukturen sowie Container-Storage-Lösungen, idealerweise Ceph
 * Gute Programmier- bzw. Skriptingkenntnisse in Python, Golang oder Bash sowie sehr gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (Routing, NAT, Firewalls, VLANs)
 * ausgeprägte Kommunikationskenntnisse auf Deutsch- und Englisch, mindestens B2-Niveau

## Description

* Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb einer zentralen Multi-Tenant-Plattform auf Basis eines Shared Enterprise Kubernetes Clusters
 * Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Optimierung zentraler Plattformkomponenten wie Kubernetes, Ceph, RabbitMQ, Istio sowie Logging- und Monitoring-Lösungen
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von Kubernetes-Operatoren sowie weiterer Automatisierungslösungen in Golang
 * Sicherstellung eines hochautomatisierten Plattformbetriebs durch Infrastructure as Code und GitOps-Prinzipien
 * Evaluierung neuer Technologien und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattformarchitektur
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Definition von Best Practices
 * Förderung des abteilungsübergreifenden Wissensaustauschs und Unterstützung von Fachbereichen bei der Nutzung der Plattform
