## About the Role

* Langjährige Praxis in der Durchführung von BI-Projekten mit Microsoft Power BI sowie im Design semantischer Datenmodelle
 * Erfahrung in Microsoft Fabric oder ähnlichen Azure-Daten-Diensten (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, Purview usw.)
 * Optimalerweise vertraut mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM und/oder Finance & Operations
 * Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Controlling oder Supply Chain
 * Hervorragendes analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
 * Wünschenswert wären erste Erfahrungen im Bereich AI (z.B. Entwicklung von Agents, Modellierung zur gezielten Nutzung des Copiloten oder ...)
 * Selbstbewusstes Auftreten, ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung zeitgemäßer BI- und Data-Analytics-Lösungen innerhalb des Microsoft-Ökosystems (Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse etc.)
 * Gestaltung von Data Lakes, Datenmodellen und Dashboards - von der ersten Anforderung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Engagierte Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Controlling, Supply Chain), um fachliche und technische Bedürfnisse zu vereinen
 * Beteiligung bei der Integration von Power Apps oder Dynamics CRM/F&O in bestehende BI- oder Dynamics-Strukturen (erwünscht)
 * Überprüfung vorhandener BI-Architekturen und Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Coachings für Kunden
 * Entwicklung und Erweiterung der Plattformen zu KI-Plattformen und -Agents
