## Description

* Installation, Administration und Wartung von Windows-Clients und Servern, sowie Unterstützung bei Hard- und Software-Rollouts
 * Planung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur an verschiedenen Standorten sowie Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Sicherstellung effizienter IT-Prozesse
 * Lizenzmanagement
 * Organisation und Überwachung von Backup- und Wiederherstellungslösungen (inkl. Synology-Systeme)
 * Durchführung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Support sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS (ISO 27001)
 * Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheitsstruktur
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien, Dokumentationen und Prozessen
