## Description

* Als Mitarbeiter im IT-Support Logistik betreuen Sie Logistik-Mitarbeiter bezüglich Hardware und Software.
 * Die eingehenden Tickets ordnen Sie dem richtigen IT-Team zu.
 * Für die Logistik-Hardware (Scanner, Etikettendrucker, etc.) übernehmen Sie die Administration, Installation und Konfiguration.
 * Sie übernehmen auch die Verantwortung für das Mobile Device Management MDM.
 * Außerdem sorgen Sie für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des Ticket- und Asset-Management-Systems Matrix42.
