## About the Role

* 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations
 * Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models
 * Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes
 * Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management
 * Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
 * Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Preferred:

 * Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
 * Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies
 * Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations
 * Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions
 * Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes
