 * - Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
 * - Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.
 * - Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).
 * - Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
 * - Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
 * - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 * Certifications: Minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA - SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP)

 * - Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.

## Description

Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.

 - Create custom workflows.

 - Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.

 - Develop views and reports as needed.

 - Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.

 - Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.

 - Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.

 - Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

 - Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
