* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
 * In-depth knowledge of IT processes and tools as it pertains to project management, financial management and resource planning
 * 5+ years of experience in IT program management, including leadership roles with a focus on agile delivery
 * Strong Jira acumen with a successful track record in time capture management
 * Ability to design and execute strategic IT support initiatives in alignment with business objectives
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., Jira, PMP) or technical certifications are advantageous

Other Skills:

 * Experience with Oracle cloud products including Field services, Fusion HCM, Fusion ERP and CX cloud
 * Experience with Microsoft products including Dynamics 360, Azure EDW and Power apps
 * 5+ years of experience managing operational and/or project financial budgets
 * 3+ years of IT experience developing and implementing systems within an organization
 * 3+ years of experience managing systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for complex solutions
