* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

 * 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, IT Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines.

 * 3+ years leading enterprise-wide release and deployment activities across multiple technology teams.
 * Experience managing production deployments in complex, highly integrated environments.
 * Experience working within ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and Change Management frameworks.

Technical Skills

 * Strong understanding of release management methodologies and deployment processes.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow Change Management and ITSM processes.
 * Understanding of application development lifecycles, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity requirements.
 * Experience with risk assessment, issue management, and operational readiness planning.

Leadership Skills

 * Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
 * Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
