## About the Role

* Understanding of IT equipment - workstations, servers, networks, peripherals.
 * 3+ years of experience in technical support.
 * 3+ years of experience in general hardware support for servers and workstations.
 * Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows.
 * Experience troubleshooting within Microsoft Office.
 * Strong organizational and documentation skills.
 * Experience supporting users (both internal and external) utilizing a ticketing system (zendesk).

 * Peripheral configuration
 * Router configuration

## Description

* Work closely with teams across the business (both US and internationally based employees) supporting internal users with systems maintenance: by monitoring and updating configuration Items (CIs) to ensure accuracy for operational needs.
 * Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
 * Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
 * Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
 * Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from employees from around the world.
 * Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
