Preferred technical and professional experience * Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Exposure to ITIL processes and Integrated Service Level Management, including service management reports to keep clients informed. * Knowledge of Kubernetes Nodes: Experience working with Kubernetes nodes, ICP management, and middleware components. * Cloud Application Architecture: Exposure to cloud application architecture, including performing initial analysis on incidents and identifying potential issues. ## Description As an Infrastructure Specialist in System Administration, you will provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components. You will play a critical role in building, setting up, and maintaining cloud applications, infrastructure, and networking.
