## About the Role

* 4+ years of relevant experience in supporting gaming equipment, electromechanical products, or complex technology.
 * Strong competence with gaming cabinets, electronic components, and related hardware.
 * Demonstrated skill in methodically identifying and fixing technical problems.
 * Experience with computer operating systems, networking fundamentals, and remote-support tools.
 * Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
 * Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
 * Familiarity with regulated gaming environments and gaming cabinet architecture is a plus.
 * Experience with AI-enabled applications, data analysis tools, and case-management platforms is beneficial.
 * Technical certifications or related education in IT, electronics, or engineering technology is preferred.

## Description

* Offer direct troubleshooting and assistance for gaming cabinets, computers, and related hardware.
 * Identify and fix hardware, software, power, connectivity, and configuration problems.
 * Install, configure, repair, and validate technical equipment in various customer environments.
 * Apply remote-support tools to assist in resolving technical issues.
 * Interpret technical documentation and collect diagnostic evidence for accurate service activity documentation.
 * Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining composure during high-impact situations.
 * Prioritize field requests and bring up complex issues appropriately.
 * Travel to customer sites for hands-on support and participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as needed.
