## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to provide project management and governance support for priority AI initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain project governance, and provide clear visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions., * Provide project management support for priority AI projects and legacy refactoring efforts.

 * Develop project charters, workplans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, issue logs, and dependency maps.
 * Manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
 * Maintain the engagement workplan, risk register, and decision log.
 * Track project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
 * Produce weekly status reports and monthly executive reports for the Chief AI Officer and designated governance bodies.
 * Coordinate business, technology, security, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders.
 * Support governance meetings and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
 * Assist leadership with project prioritization and resource planning.
