## About the Role

Experience in IT Operations / ITSM (incident, problem, and change management) in an analytical or management role
Ability to drive data-driven process improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Organised and autonomous profile
Knowledge of monitoring / observability (alerts, noise reduction, correlation)
Understanding of how GenAI and automation can improve operations
Basic AI knowledge and a genuine interest in leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL) to define KPIs and generate insights
Nice to have:
Background in IT / Engineering / Business
ITIL (even at a foundational level)
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
Experience working on automation or workflow improvement
Experience in Agile environments
Experience in large, global, or regulated organisations

servers, networks, workplace, and applications - and proactively address potential issues before they become disruptionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, drive root cause analysis for major outages, and develop action plans to prevent recurrenceIdentify and leverage opportunities for GenAI and automation to improve IT operations, change delivery, and monitoring capabilityContinuous Service ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimisation and service enhancements across the incident, problem, and change lifecycleApply data analytics to operational and service data to measure improvement effectiveness, surface trends and outliers, and make data-driven recommendationsDrive automation adoption initiatives that enhance service delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve consistencyStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tooling to bring fresh thinking to the teamCollaboration & CommunicationWork closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across IF&IS and beyondCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences -
