## About the Role

* Strong CA Top Secret experience
 * IBM mainframe (z/OS) experience
 * Natural/COBOL experience
 * Mainframe security administration background
 * Experience working in a ticket-driven support model
 * Familiarity with access provisioning and IAM concepts
 * JCL experience
 * CA7/batch scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications

 * RACF or ACF2 experience
 * Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, NetIQ, or similar
 * Audit/compliance experience
 * SFDC experience

## Description

We are seeking experienced resources to support CA Top Secret (mainframe security) along with Natural/COBOL application support in a staff augmentation model. This role will provide mainframe security administration, application support, production support, and general mainframe operations assistance., * Provide CA Top Secret administration and security support

 * Process and manage access requests, including adds, changes, and removals
 * Troubleshoot access and authentication issues
 * Support Natural/COBOL applications, including incident resolution, maintenance, and minor enhancements
 * Work ticket queues covering incidents, requests, and service tasks
 * Support general mainframe operations, including batch support and production issues
 * Assist with audit requests and access reviews
 * Ensure application access aligns with Top Secret controls
 * Support enterprise mainframe key rotation activities performed twice annually
 * Perform mainframe certificate renewals
 * Provide started task account support
 * Support batch processing and job scheduling using CA7
