Security Clearance Requirements + U.S. Citizenship is required. + All selected candidates must successfully complete a background check. + Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required for the position. ## Description We are currently looking for a Backend Engineer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integration solutions using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern cloud and CI/CD practices. The engineer will work closely with architects, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevSecOps teams, and product stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment, supporting sprint, increment, and release priorities across mission-critical healthcare applications.
