* 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related field
 * Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks
 * Proven expertise building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data lakes
 * Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance in enterprise environments
 * Experience working in cloud-based architectures, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
 * Strong SQL and data modeling skills
 * Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
 * Azure certifications are highly preferred
