* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
 * 4+ years of professional experience as an Outsystems Developer;
 * 2+ years of OutSystems development experience and certifications;
 * Knowledge of databases systems, such as SQL Server, Oracle or Postgres;
 * Proficiency in web based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;
 * Knowledge in Database Modeling;
 * Experience in Agile methodologies practices;
 * Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential;
 * Good Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
 * Good communication skills.
