Seeking a technically strong, results-driven Project Delivery Specialist to lead complex IAM initiatives from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with exceptional execution skills, proactively solving problems, managing cross-functional dependencies, and identifying effective paths to move complex initiatives forward and deliver results., * Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives.

 * Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures.
 * Exceptional problem-solving, resourcefulness, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Proven ability to establish a path forward and drive results for complex initiatives.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
 * High degree of ownership, sound judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
 * Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred, with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued.

* Drive complex IAM projects end to end, driving outcomes and actively managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
 * Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams and drive informed decisions.
 * Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
 * Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
 * Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
 * Maintain strong execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery.
