Other Requirements: + This position requires the selected candidate to be able to read, write, and speak in Spanish. As a Bilingual Aging Care Manager 3, you will perform the following duties: + Protective Services: Provide protective services to consumers experiencing abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment + Case Investigation: Investigate referrals and maintain required legal timelines according to protective services standards + Case Documentation: Prepare case histories, letters, reports, and maintain detailed case records + Information Gathering: Obtain medical, psychological, and financial information needed to determine service eligibility + Advisory Support: Offer casework guidance to consumers and families to resolve specific issues + Interagency Coordination: Collaborate with courts, law enforcement, hospitals, and other agencies to meet consumer needs, o Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance., + If you are claiming education in your answers to the supplemental application questions, you must attach a copy of your college transcripts for your claim to be accepted toward meeting the minimum requirements.
