## About the Role

At least 4 years of experience working cross-functionally with complex datasets to support organizational decision-making.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analysis and results to business partners clearly, concisely, and meaningfully.
Ability to independently translate stakeholder questions into clear, actionable analytical problems.
Experience building data abstractions with tools such as dbt or Airflow.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Looker, Periscope, or Tableau.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to confidently review code written by other analysts and data scientists.
Nice to have
Master's degree in a quantitative field or professional experience applying statistics.
Ability to code in Python or R.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics.
Experience working with customer service datasets, such as Zendesk.
Experience with workforce forecasting.
First-year salary range in the greater Barcelona area: €47,124-€60,319.
Long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout.
