 + Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
 + Previous office, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience is helpful, but not required

## Description

AtWork Personnel is a local, family-owned staffing company looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Customer Service / Recruiter Assistant to join our Covington team.
If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, communicating professionally on the phone, utilize various computer programs, and staying organized , we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for candidates and visitors entering our office. You'll provide a positive experience for candidates while also supporting our recruiting team with onboarding, administrative tasks, and candidate communication.

What You'll Do

 + Welcome candidates and visitors with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
 + Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for candidates
 + Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette
 + Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, applicants, clients, and team members
 + Assist candidates with the onboarding process, including paperwork, ID verification, E-Verify, background checks, drug testing, and payroll setup
 + Maintain accurate candidate records and scan/upload documents
 + Enter and update information accurately in staffing and computer systems
 + Assist recruiters with calling qualified candidates, following up with applicants, and scheduling interviews
 + Respond to emails and other incoming communications in a timely and professional manner
