This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services, modern user interfaces, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks that power real-time call screening, transcript analysis, search capabilities, and compliance workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-native applications and is comfortable working across the full technology stack. This individual will play a key role in shaping technical solutions, influencing platform architecture, and driving innovation across ACA's Research Compliance Solutions platform.
