We need a Senior Art Director / Designer who can define and execute a modern, distinctive visual language across everything we create. This role is both conceptual and hands-on. You will design and art direct every touchpoint a customer has with Flow Studio, from first impression through ongoing engagement, ensuring a cohesive and compelling experience. Success in this role requires creative range, technical fluency, and a values-led mindset: optimism to imagine what's next, ingenuity to translate complex VFX and simulation workflows into clear storytelling, courage to push the work into new territory, relentless focus on quality, and a collaborative approach that builds trust across teams.
