Preferred Qualifications

 + 46 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
 + Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
 + Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
 + Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
 + Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
 + Experience working in SaaS environments.

+ Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
 + Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
 + Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
 + Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
 + Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
 + Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
