Experience in heavy civil projects is preferred. * 7+ years of experience in water mitigation, pump stations, or other water-related construction projects. * Demonstrated experience managing projects in the $10M-$50M range from start to finish. * Experience managing self-performed work in underground, structural, and mass excavation. * Required knowledge includes construction, design, finance, and management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to take responsibility and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Willingness and ability to travel. ## Description The position is based in Utah, but may involve projects throughout Utah and neighboring Intermountain states. The role involves providing overall management direction for ongoing water projects and identifying new business opportunities related to specific clients, client groups, or geographical areas focused on water projects.
