## Description

The Systems Administrator provides foundational technical support and system administration for client environments, focusing on routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and accurate ticket handling. The role is an entry-to-intermediate step in the technical career path, with strong emphasis on learning and adherence to standards., * Handle tickets requiring basic to intermediate troubleshooting of desktops, peripherals, user accounts, and standard applications.

 * Perform routine admin tasks such as user provisioning, mailbox/group changes, printer setup, and basic network configuration under defined procedures.
 * Monitor alerts and follow runbooks to triage issues, remediate where possible, or escalate appropriately.
 * Keep tickets well-documented with clear notes and client communication.
 * Assist with project tasks such as workstation deployments and basic hardware swaps.
