Lead a high-impact software engineering function where your leadership will shape how an established organization builds, modernizes, and delivers technology. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven engineering manager who can drive people, processes, innovation, and the responsible use of AI.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Lead and develop a 3-5 person software engineering team
 * Oversee an approximately 15-person development function
 * Partner closely with product managers
 * Maintain technical credibility while focusing heavily on people leadership
 * Drive process improvement and software modernization
 * Champion practical AI adoption across development
 * Develop high-performing engineers and future leaders
