## About the Role

1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support
Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and common business tools
Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
Strong communication skills in Korean and English
Customer-first attitude with solid troubleshooting skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
Familiarity with Cisco conferencing systems is a plus
Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and scripting tools (PowerShell) is a bonus

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Onsite IT Support Engineer who is fluent in both Korean and English. This position involves hands-on technical support for end-users, device and account management, and collaboration with global IT teams. A strong understanding of Windows-based systems and basic network infrastructure is essential., Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Set up and maintain desktops/laptops per corporate security guidelines
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise software
Assist with Cisco Webex and conference room A/V equipment
Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks including device and account setup
Maintain IT inventory and support hardware lifecycle
Document resolutions and contribute to internal IT knowledge base
Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalations and service improvements
