## Description

* Build and configure AI agents (virtual agents, copilots) on ServiceNow
 * Design multi-step agent workflows for real scenarios
 * Use Now Assist capabilities to automate:
 * ITSM workflows (incidents, requests)
 * HR / CSM use cases
 * Create LLM-powered "topics" (use cases) for agents
 * Design:
