This role is responsible for troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues, imaging and deploying systems, asset management, and supporting IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives that improve support operations and end-user experience., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices. * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and application-related incidents both remotely and onsite. * Perform system imaging, deployment, configuration, upgrades, and replacement of end-user devices. * Troubleshoot hardware failures and conduct diagnostics on desktops, laptops, and related equipment. * Execute service requests and incident management activities while maintaining detailed documentation. * Support remote users by troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating equipment shipments for repair or replacement. * Contribute to the planning, deployment, and rollout of new desktop technologies and end-user systems. * Participate in departmental and cross-functional IT projects, including hardware refreshes, migrations, and technology implementations. * Maintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure compliance with asset management processes. * Execute hardware and software asset management procedures throughout the device lifecycle. * Develop, maintain, and contribute to knowledge base documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation. * Monitor desktop support activities to ensure compliance with established processes, standards, and best practices. * Assist with procurement planning for desktop hardware, software, and related technology solutions. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior desktop support staff. * Assist with end-user training and technology adoption initiatives. * Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
