This is a hands-on, execution-focused design role. You will be given the overall direction, messaging, and content needs, and will be responsible for developing the visual solution-layout, typography, composition, image treatment, and supporting graphic elements. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design fundamentals, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently turn a creative brief into finished work without requiring detailed visual instructions at every step. This role supports both Fiber Global and Monarch by Fiber Global, our consumer furniture sub-brand. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing Content * Create social media graphics, carousels, promotional assets, and digital marketing content. * Translate content calendars, briefs, and established creative direction into finished visual designs. * Independently develop layouts, typography, compositions, and supporting visual elements. * Create educational graphics, infographics, product-focused content, and campaign assets. * Adapt creative work into different sizes, aspect ratios, and platform requirements. * Manage multiple ongoing content requests and deliver assets according to the marketing calendar. Product & Digital Content * Create product feature graphics, dimension graphics, material callouts, comparison visuals, and promotional assets. * Develop visual content for product launches and e-commerce campaigns. * Prepare website graphics, homepage banners, landing-page assets, collection imagery, and product-page visuals. * Maintain visual consistency across Fiber Global and Monarch by Fiber Global content. Photography & Image Editing * Select, crop, retouch, color-correct, and prepare product, lifestyle, and factory photography. * Composite and enhance images when needed. * Prepare photography for use across social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and e-commerce channels.
