The successfull candidate will be supporting the Automated Rural Addressf Management System (AMS) Edit Book Update process. This position will be will be fully remote within the United States. The ideal candidate should possess a Public Trust clearance. We are looking for an experienced COBOL developer to help code, test, and research existing processes to meet projected timelines on this project. Responsibilities Collaborates with and gathers course material from subject matter experts. Conducts analysis of program requirements and determines a strategic solution. Converts written materials and course content. Maintains existing courseware in alignment with objectives. Must be able to collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists.
