build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teams * Document and prioritize business requirements related to all non-standard voice service requests * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria * Define and maintain asset management standards for all voice infrastructure hardware (including servers), ensuring standards are consistent across the organization * Review compliance criteria and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure remains compliant * Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service quality, availability, and affordability;
