Qualifications We Prefer: * Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) * Strong communication, presentation, and people skills with ability to interface with senior lead engineers and program management personnel * Program experience in roles of increasing technical leadership and responsibility * Detailed working knowledge of Requirements and Testing tools (i.e. IBM tooling - DOORS/DNG, Rational Publishing Engine and Rational Directory Server) * Systems, Software, and IV&V Engineering Processes and Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP), best practices, and work instructions expertise ## Description * Manage deployments, upgrades and support for Systems Engineering tools including testing, data backups, compliance, tool integrations & configurations * Apply technical expertise in Systems Engineering to engage with programs on the implementation of Systems Engineering solutions * Deploy desktop Systems Engineering solutions to programs * Identify, document, and champion best practices and improvements which help increase the efficiency of our software deployment and support * Work with program Engineers to plan and implement migrations off legacy Systems Engineering applications to modern tools * Develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity, * Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
