The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, data warehousing, SQL, and ETL architecture, along with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders., * 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ETL and Data Warehousing. * 8+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter. * Strong experience in ETL design, development, and performance tuning. * Extensive experience with SQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning. * Experience with relational databases such as: * Oracle * SQL Server * Teradata * Snowflake (preferred) * Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including: * Star Schema * Snowflake Schema * Fact and Dimension Modeling * Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) * Experience with scheduling tools such as Control-M or equivalent. * Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with Informatica IICS (Intelligent Cloud Services). * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Exposure to data lake and modern data platform architectures. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks. Leadership Expectations * Lead and mentor ETL development teams. * Drive technical discussions with customers and business stakeholders. * Provide effort estimations and technical solution recommendations. * Ensure delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
