 * Automatisierung als Fokus: Die Umsetzung und Standardisierung von CI/CD- und GitOps-Prozessen sind Teil deiner täglichen Arbeit. Du kennst dich mit Tools wie GitHub Actions, Jenkins oder ArgoCD aus. Du möchtest möglichst alles automatisieren und Self-Service-Angebote für Entwicklungs-Teams schaffen.
 * Mindset: Deine Lösungen machen Teams produktiver und unabhängiger. Du legst wert auf Teamwork, bist konzeptionell stark und überzeugst durch dein sicheres Auftreten.

* Du baust, wartest und verbesserst unsere Plattformen für Data- und AI-Teams - standardisiert, sicher und skalierbar und arbeitest an der Automatisierung von Infrastruktur und Prozessen (Cloud-Infrastruktur, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps).
 * Entwickle Self-Service-Angebote für Entwickler:innen, damit diese unabhängig und effizient arbeiten können.
 * Du gestaltest und betreibst MLOps/LLMOps-Pipelines, Model Deployment und GPU-basierte Workloads.
 * Du verantwortest Observability, Security und IAM auf modernstem technischem Stand.
 * Dein Tech-Stack? Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubeflow, Grafana, Vault u.v.m
 * Treibe Projekte in unterschiedlichen Branchen voran, z.B. den Aufbau einer regulierungskonformen AI-Plattform im Financial Services oder Developer Plattformen für die öffentliche Verwaltung.
