In fact, our client has successfully hired people from completely different backgrounds. What matters most is your personality, attitude, ability to learn, and desire to help customers., * A natural problem solver who enjoys figuring things out. * Patient, friendly, and genuinely enjoy helping people. * A quick learner who isn't afraid of technology. * Comfortable asking questions and then taking the initiative to find answers. * Detail-oriented and able to document information accurately. * A strong communicator who can explain things clearly without using complicated technical language. * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. * Someone who takes ownership and follows through. * Interested in developing your technical knowledge and learning about VoIP and communications technology. * Able to type at least 35 words per minute accurately. IT Experience Is a Plus - Not a Requirement Previous experience with Help Desk, IT support, or VoIP systems is helpful but not required. Experience with platforms such as FreePBX, Cisco Call Manager, ShoreTel, Mitel, or similar systems is a plus. Linux knowledge is also helpful but not required. We're open to candidates who have demonstrated strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in other industries.
