 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience:

 * 4+ years of experience in data center engineering and operations, cloud engineering and operations, or complex IT infrastructure engineering; or equivalent education and experience.
 * Experience supporting medium- to large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and infrastructure management.
 * Experience collaborating across storage, network, security, and data center operations teams.
 * Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution preferred.
 * Knowledge of infrastructure security frameworks and technical standards preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
 * Bachelor's degree in any field and 8+ years of relevant experience; or
 * Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Support and maintain complex enterprise IT infrastructure and data center operations.
 * Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage changes, and support infrastructure projects.
 * Plan and coordinate hardware, software, system, and infrastructure upgrades.
 * Research and implement technology solutions to improve performance, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
 * Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
 * Collaborate with storage, network, security, data center, and other technical teams.
 * Document technical issues, project status, procedures, and solutions.
 * Support infrastructure modernization, performance tuning, workload optimization, and automation initiatives.
 * Participate in after-hours, weekend, and 24/7 support as required.
