## About the Role

Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer with experience in System Administration Automation, management and security compliance. Candidate must focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate must be prepared to work with a small, mission focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer., * Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen, * A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university

 * Six (6) years of systems engineering experience, * Strong System Engineering and System Administration
 * Strong knowledge of Security Compliance
 * Strong knowledge of networking devices. (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) System Administration skills for Windows/Linux
 * Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization
 * Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, Network Services
 * Strong knowledge of security protocols and patching
 * Communication and escalation of issues to management
