The Social Media & Graphic Design Manager is responsible for communications, marketing, graphic design, and community engagement for the Allen Americans. The role will require a master communicator to collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external., * Proactively generate ways to promote Americans games and the Americans brand via digital media, traditional media, grassroots participation, etc.

 * Manage the Americans digital campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.
 * Create and produce graphics for use in various formats, including print materials, digital and social media, retailer signs, in-game video boards, and publications.
 * Manage Community Engagement efforts, including school programs and community events.
 * Coordinate announcements with all internal and external stakeholders to effectively promote events.
 * Collaborate, create, implement, and manage an annual marketing plan/budget.
 * Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns (digital, SEO, ad based).
 * Adhere to schedules, budgets, asset testing, and all project details to ensure business units are working towards successful campaign execution.
 * Work with leadership team on final deliverables before they are distributed, ensuring all formatting aesthetics, and content are in-line with company standards and expectations.
 * Lead real-time game coverage and major organizational announcements
 * Interact with our fans and contribute to top notch fan experience, both through editorial plans or more 1:1 communication and replies
 * Other duties as assigned.
