This role requires a strong facilitator who can coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement, while also bringing strong technical fluency and analytical depth to work effectively with engineering, analytics, and product stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel analytical skills, coding skills, Power BI expertise, and the ability to utilize AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment. * Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. * Strong Excel analytical skills, including the ability to work with data, metrics, and reporting to drive decision-making. * Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, workflow, and analysis. * Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization. * Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments preferred. * Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to build relationships, foster teamwork, and influence without authority. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
