Experience:

 * 10+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
 * Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, DynamoDB, and Big Data technologies.
 * Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures and cloud-based solutions.
 * Strong experience with application architecture, enterprise integrations, and modernization initiatives.
 * Experience leading technical teams and enterprise application development efforts.
 * Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
 * Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
 * Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Lead the strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian platform.
 * Provide technical leadership for Appian development and enterprise application integration initiatives.
 * Design scalable application and data architectures supporting cloud-based and hybrid environments.
 * Develop and implement integration frameworks, automation solutions, and modernization strategies.
 * Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
 * Guide DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
 * Support cloud governance and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
 * Lead technical teams and provide guidance on architecture, development, integration, and platform best practices.
