## About the Role

Must have the strong ability to use/utilize the followings.

 * Project management experience
 * Non-Japanese vendor management experience Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
 * Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
 * Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong leadership skills
 * Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation, or ERP system applcation operations (experience using SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred)
 * Strong English and Japanese communication skills (both written and verbal) to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team Collaborates well with team and project members
 * Ability to work well with a team as well as individually Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills

Experience

 * Project management experience Non-Japanese vendor management experience
 * Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
 * Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Certifications

 * SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification (Preferred)

## Description

This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs, while overseeing and optimizing end-to-end SAP application operations to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
