 * Databases (SQL, MongoDB)
 * Development basics (Java Spring Boot, Angular, APIs - REST/SOAP)
 * Jira, Service Desk, Confluence
 * Networking fundamentals
 * Fluent in English and Spanish

 * Clear communicator, able to work with both technical and business teams
 * Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
 * Comfortable in international, fast-paced environments

## Description

We're looking for someone who wants to make a real impact by improving the reliability and performance of our Marketing Platforms. You'll help move us from a reactive to a proactive service model, supporting a 24/7 platform across 18 countries.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with Service and Development teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

 * Execute the service transformation roadmap and drive adoption
 * Improve operational processes and enable first-line support to resolve issues
 * Monitor systems, define escalations, and enhance incident detection
 * Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics are met
 * Align operations with the delivery lifecycle
 * Reduce incidents and improve overall service stability

Support & operations

 * Manage production and pre-production environments in the cloud
 * Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
 * Handle problem management and maintenance activities
 * Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
