 * Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen bei Kunden vor Ort
 * Konzeption, Modellierung und Harmonisierung von SAP-Geschäftsprozessen sowie Schulungen zum Customizing
 * Erstellung von Leitfäden
 * Erstellung der Projektdokumentation
 * Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Akquise
