Physical Requirements: * Extended periods of sitting at a workstation. * Speaking in person and over the telephone or Teams online and the ability to hear, comprehend, and document detailed information from others. * Ability to type, reach and grasp. * Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment. * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone and in person. ## Description Job Summary: The eCommerce & Configuration Specialist plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, product improvements, and business success through effective project management and technical expertise. The Specialist operates at the intersection of Communications & Digital Marketing, Software Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to support the usage of Dodge's eCommerce & Configuration portfolio. This software portfolio is used by thousands of daily users to select and configure products, design systems, and make purchases, and serves as the digital foundation of the Dodge business., Product Backlog Management * Prioritize and communicate product backlog needs for Selection Tools and eCommerce platforms. * Ensure efficient and responsible allocation of available development resources. * Balance short-term fixes with long-term strategic improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration * Work closely with other members of the Communication & Digital Marketing team to create a cohesive and market-leading digital customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. * Liaise with Software Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
