Certification Requirement Candidates must hold a relevant certification for a major cloud platform. AWS certification is preferred, but Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or another applicable cloud certification may be considered. The selected candidate must provide copies of applicable certifications during the hiring process. Location and Work Arrangement * Candidate must currently reside in Wisconsin or relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days of starting . * The position is approximately 90 to 100 percent remote. * Occasional onsite attendance may be required when operational needs arise. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, configure, support, and maintain hybrid private and public cloud platforms. * Review and validate vendor-proposed cloud architectures, configurations, and implementation decisions. * Identify architecture, security, scalability, reliability, performance, operational, and cost risks. * Provide technical guidance concerning cloud networking, compute, storage, databases, identity, security services, monitoring, logging, and automation. * Support cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or comparable enterprise platforms. * Work closely with .NET application development teams on application deployment, integration, configuration, APIs, containers, and environment management. * Develop and support CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub-based delivery processes. * Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and repeatable, scalability, performance, and cost benefits. * Transfer technical knowledge to internal employees through documentation, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration. * Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
