## About the Role

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Earnix Architect / Specialist to join in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity., Mandatory required skills: Earnix and Pricing Experience

Preferred/Desired skills: P&C Insurance

Must Have Skills

 * Experience with pricing or rating platforms
 * Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating
 * Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform
 * Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)
 * Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation
 * Perform pricing impact assessments and comparative analyses across products, states, channels, and customer segments.
 * Create executive-level reports and visualizations to communicate pricing performance, rate adequacy, loss ratio trends, and business outcomes.
 * Validate pricing models and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
 * Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Product, and Data Engineering teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills

 * Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience
 * Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
