 * Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
 * Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and business intelligence tools.
 * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting models, and large datasets.
 * Strong project and program management capabilities.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
 * Proven ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
 * Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams., * 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, analytics, business intelligence, data mining, complex financial modeling, supply chain analytics, or a related discipline.
 * 3+ years of people leadership experience managing professional analytics teams, preferred. Experience leading enterprise-level analytics initiatives and strategic projects.
 * Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, data mining, and business performance analysis.
 * Experience developing business intelligence tools, dashboards, executive reporting, forecasts, and analytical recommendations.
 * Experience leading cross-functional analytical projects and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
 * Experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, logistics, supply chain, or consumer-facing industries preferred..

## Description

This position has particular responsibility for analytics supporting inventory, cost, utilization, shrink, obsolescence, and repair and maintenance planning and forecasting. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Technology, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and other business partners, the Senior Manager develops practical recommendations, leads cross-functional initiatives, improves reporting and analytical processes, and supports sound strategic and operational decisions., The Senior Manager also leads and develops a team of analytics professionals, promotes data quality and consistent reporting practices, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making., Business Intelligence & Executive Reporting

 * Lead the design, development, management, and continuous improvement of financial business intelligence tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting that provide standardized, concise, and actionable performance information.
 * Translate complex financial and operational data into clear executive-level presentations, insights, and recommendations.
 * Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in dashboards, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

Financial, Inventory & Operational Analytics

 * Analyze and report on gross margins, inventory levels and movement, PAR levels, utilization, procurement and replenishment, shrink, obsolescence, and operating costs; identify optimization gaps and improvement opportunities.
 * Lead the analytics supporting shipboard and shoreside inventory management and cost optimization, with appropriate attention to revenue and inventory performance.
 * Lead the planning, forecasting, and analysis of shipboard repair and maintenance costs.

Decision Support & Advanced Analytics

 * Provide comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, scenario analysis, and data visualization to support senior management decisions.
 * Identify business risks and opportunities and recommend practical, data-driven solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and support sustainable value creation.
 * Apply appropriate analytical methodologies and technologies to strengthen business insights and organizational capabilities

Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Partnership

 * Lead functional and cross-functional projects and partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to achieve agreed goals and deliverables.
 * Act as a key liaison among Finance, Operations, Technology, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders, aligning analytics priorities with business needs.
 * Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to advance business objectives and support successful implementation of recommendations.

Performance Management, Process Improvement & Innovation

 * Develop and implement key performance indicators and analytical tools that highlight trends, measure results, and strengthen accountability.
 * Evaluate and improve reporting, analytical, and business processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
 * Champion appropriate automation, visualization, and emerging analytics capabilities that improve the timeliness and quality of insights.

People Leadership

 * Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals, establish clear priorities and expectations, and promote high-quality, timely delivery.
 * Foster a collaborative environment grounded in Finance core values, professional development, continuous improvement, and responsible stewardship of financial information.

Knowledge & Skills

 * Scope: Leads analytics supporting Finance and operational areas, with emphasis on business intelligence, executive reporting, KPI development, financial analysis, inventory performance, and cost optimization across shipboard and shoreside operations.
 * Problem Solving: Addresses complex business challenges through financial analysis, modeling, data mining, and business intelligence. Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities and develops recommendations that balance analytical rigor with practical business needs.
 * Impact: Improves decision quality and business performance by delivering actionable insights that strengthen inventory management, cost control, forecasting, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.
 * Leadership: Provides direction and development to a team of analytics professionals, leads cross-functional work, influences stakeholders at multiple levels, and serves as a trusted advisor to business and Finance leaders., In addition to other duties/functions, this position requires full commitment and support for promoting ethical and compliant culture.
